Wear as many colors as you can day!

Wear as many colors as you can day!

Who comes up with this crap?
Damn...just when I threw out my rainbow rings :)

So its also on Halloween, so I get to pull double costume duty...twist my arm..he he he

So my idea for the colors bit...there's a $30 gift certificate to Applebees on the line here!!!...is to get paint strip samples from wally world and the local hardware stores and cut them up and wear them somehow. I have 245 different colors so far!

I have to wear this at work and still be able to do my job....

Idea 1: The squares are about 1.5 inches each, so I thought I would punch a hole in them and attach them to a skirt with small safety pins.

Idea 2: Punch two holes in each square and run a crazy multi color string through them so that they folded in the middle to look like paper beads and wear them like a necklace.

Idea 3: Fan several of them together into small broach like objects and pin them in a pattern onto my shirt.

I will have to post pictures of what the final outcome of my crazy creative chaos.

Weddings, Nature Hikes, Midterms oh My!

So, I haven't blogged in a while...that sounds so dirty...

Went to Robbi and Dustyn's wedding. The ceremony was short and sweet. Food was good and company was even better. I'll post some picts here shortly.

I bowed out on the Renn faire. Its October in Indiana...it shouldn't be 90 fricking degrees out!
I decided I shouldn't wear heavy renn garb, dance, drum, and put up with drunk festival goers on the first day of my period. I don't have enough weapons!!!

Instead, I went with Miko and Djenn on a nature hike to the Lilly Nature Center. We hung out and watched birds and avoided mosquitos down by the wetlands.

It's back down to 50 degrees today...where else can you go and tuesday its 92 degrees and Wednesday its 50 degrees. Gotta love Indiana...where are those weapons again!!

Looked up more info on Colorado University for Grad school...they have a great Neuroscience program in there Psych department plus an over population of wild cougars. He He He...two more years!
